1. Plan out Daily Calorie Intake. Watch diet, weight and body fat content
2. Cut down on alcohol. Bad for throat/singing and eyebags
3. Be cautious to signs given out during dates.
4. Be more positive. especially about current situations
5. be forward looking. look towards the end goal (while being process oriented, have discipline and BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU DO.
