Birds in the window, Kimbo Sundaes & Chinatown Point

this morning, i went to get something from my bro's room and i heard this flapping sound, so i peered towards the window and guess wad i saw?

somehow, JUST somehow, this intelligent little bird flew into my brother's open door-but closed window room and has been flapping there for God knows how long. and i thought they made 'em smarter. i guess thats why they call 'em birdbrains.

the lunch was spent with kaiyim at Crown Prince Swensens binging (whee!) on french fries and sundaes. oh my gosh. fei si wo le. also going to HMV and buying my DVD box set FRIENDS season 9 -squeals-

and after parting ways with the kimbo, i went walking around ChinaTown before my casting call and decided to visit my chinese roots and heritage by visiting one of its oriental malls, Chinatown Point.

there's something about these little malls, full of flavour, originality and overly-strong detergent floor smell. also, the tranquilty and the nice sunlight beams crisply hitting the clean(?) floors of the atrium.

i feel very empty.

they say absence makes the heart goes fonder. i guess it does. so much for my Australian trip be of such benefit and use. ngah.
