watched a bit of American Idol whilst eating very water-ed down plain porridge

slept, but kept on getting interrupted by many phonecalls. lovesloves to all..

and i've lost a dramatic 4kgs. because all i've eaten in the past 2 days has been 2 small bowls of porridge. plain.
